PHASE I — DIAGNOSTIC ASSESSMENT

Build the Thermal Vulnerability Profile

Enter the site's measured indicator values. Each card uses the input type that matches what is actually measurable in the field or from remote sensing. Severity (LOW / MODERATE / HIGH) is classified automatically from the protocol's literature-anchored thresholds.
At least one vulnerability must be flagged
PHASE II — INTERVENTION TYPOLOGY MATCHING

Calibrated Intervention Strategy

Hard filter: any intervention with an AVOID mark on a flagged vulnerability is removed outright. Survivors are ranked by score (PRIMARY×2 + SECONDARY×1) × severity weight (low=1, mod=2, high=3). Tier is a tie-breaker only.

PHASE III — ITERATIVE EVALUATION

Validation Tracker

Enter your baseline ENVI-met run results and your post-intervention scenario results. Expected ranges are auto-populated from the Phase II selected interventions. The app flags whether measured changes fall within the corpus evidence range.

Measured results vs expected range

Enter baseline and scenario values. Delta = scenario − baseline. Expected range is drawn from the Phase II top-ranked interventions' corpus evidence (Table 2).
